Despite my initial skepticism due to mixed reviews, the staff's attentiveness truly stood out. Not only did they wait beyond the official check-in hours for our late arrival, but their warm welcome instantly made us feel at home. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a lifesaver for staying connected, and having a tiny kettle in the room added a delightful touch, perfect for enjoying a cozy cup of tea after a long day of exploring.
